With the Momentum Savings Card, people starting on Myrbetriq may be able to receive their first month's prescription at no cost.* Upon filling their first prescription and completing their registration, individuals can save a total maximum of $840 for 12 uses on their Myrbetriq prescription.†
Individual is responsible for the first $20 plus any differential over $90 on each prescription. Please read the eligibility restrictions below.
Eligibility Restrictions
TO THE PRESCRIBED INDIVIDUAL: People paying cash are not eligible to receive the first prescription at no cost. This offer is for eligible patients who have commercial prescription insurance. The offer is not valid for patients with prescription insurance under any federal or state healthcare program, including, but not limited to, Medicaid, Medicare, Medigap, Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs (VA), TRICARE, CHAMPUS, Puerto Rico Government Health Insurance, or any State Patient or Pharmaceutical Assistance Program.
